This Terms of Use document is made between Charlottesville By Owner, LLC and you, the User.  It sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to the User’s access and use of websites owned and maintained by Charlottesville By Owner, LLC, including, but not limited to, www.c-villebyowner.com.  Charlottesville By Owner, LLC reserves the right to discontinue the availability of its listings, features, access, and use at any time without prior notice. • No inappropriate, obscene, or threatening material, or material that infringes upon third party rights shall be posted.  Charlottesville By Owner, LLC reserves the right to remove any such material without notifying or refunding the User. 
• Charlottesville By Owner, LLC may report any violators to the appropriate authorities.
• Charlottesville By Owner, LLC will not knowingly accept any postings or advertising which violate any law.
• Charlottesville By Owner, LLC reserves the right to monitor access to its website for proper compliance.  Any action that violates these terms shall result in loss of access.  Charlottesville By Owner, LLC also refuses to grant refunds to all violators.

• Charlottesville By Owner, LLC makes no warranties, guarantees, or representations regarding accuracy, correctness, or completeness of content.  It is the sole responsibility of the User to evaluate all such criteria.

• This site is not intended for use by real estate agents or brokers.  Visitors must respect the stated privacy wishes of all sellers.  Visitors may not solicit a relationship, other than that of buyer/seller, with any property seller. 
• Using the site for marketing purposes, outside those of selling listed properties, is prohibited.

TERMINATION
